My responsibilities involved creating captivating visuals and streamlining the shopping experience on our Shopify e-commerce platform, facilitating easy product discovery and purchase.

The improved visual appeal and user-friendly design led to rapid sales of new releases, reinforcing YCMC's status as a premier destination for the latest in sneakers and apparel. With over 40+ retail stores in the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area and a rich 70-year history, YCMC's online presence, as seen on ycyc.com, has flourished, drawing millions in traffic and sales, partly due to the enhanced e-commerce experience I helped to cultivate.
